
LITTLE ROCK – Clark County was represented last month at the Annual Meeting of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce in Little Rock. Those attending included Arkadelphia Alliance President and CEO Stephen Bell, Citizens Bank CEO Phil Baldwin, Clark County Judge Troy Tucker, Citizens Bank Arkadelphia President Lori Ross, and Citizens Bank Chief Lending Officer and President Adam Mitchell.
During the meeting, Governor Asa Hutchinson touted his proposal to cut the state’s top individual income tax rate for new residents, called for reducing the used car tax, and said his new budget includes a $240 million surplus.
