The 2023 Nevada County Leadership Class recently held its July session about local government. The day was filled with meeting elected officials around the county. The class started the day off at the Nevada County Courthouse visiting the county judge’s office, tax assessor, county and circuit clerks, treasurer and tax collectors office, V.A. and election office. The class then met with Mayor Dale Booker of Emmet, Mayor Samuel Quarles of Rosston, Mayor William Warlow of Cale , Mayor Kimberley Hernandez of Bodcaw, and Mayor Terry Oliver of Prescott. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful lunch at KNB Grill in Rosston.
